Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using al-salamonline. These terms govern your access to and use of our café and restaurant platform, available 24 hours a day across Bahrain.
By accessing or using al-salamonline's website, mobile application, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
al-salamonline operates a café and restaurant platform in Bahrain, providing customers with the ability to browse menus, place orders, and make reservations online — available 24 hours a day. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@al-salamonline.bh if you suspect any unauthorized use.
All orders placed through al-salamonline are subject to availability and our confirmation. Prices are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit/debit cards and selected digital payment methods; payment is due at the time of order.
Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are subject to our discretion and may incur a partial charge. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
All content on our platform — including logos, photographs, menu designs, text, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of al-salamonline or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or fraudulent content, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Allergen and nutritional information is provided in good faith but may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, al-salamonline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive shall continue to apply.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
